A seasoned F&B and hospitality professional and Food Enthusiast, Ramchander Raman is Co-Founder and COO of Nucleus by Mukunda Foods, a kitchen as a service provider. Before Nucleus, Ram was associated with Café Coffee Day as President – Product Excellence and QA. He helped the brand grow its chain to 1600 outlets in India and abroad by developing a state of art food cold chain supply, innovative food and beverage products, and a robust QA system.

Saurav Choudhery

Operation Head

Saurav Choudhury, an ace chef and an operation ninja, is the Head of Operations of Nucleus by Mukunda Foods. An IHM alumnus, Saurav, has experience working with hotel brands like Taj and Leela and also in the retail food industry with CCD, Sweet Chariot, Heritage, Daily Bread. Being passionate about food and technological advancements in F&B, Saurav has created a dynamic and progressive team and the environment with cutting-edge contemporary processes at Nucleus.

Vikas Pavithran

Brand Chef

An Experienced Chef with a demonstrated history of working in the hospitality industry. His expertise lies in developing new products in different cuisines while Italian remains undying love. Chef Vikas is responsible for bringing in the most critical dimension of the Nucleus business, i.e., culinary experience. Vikas ensures that the brand’s recipes are encrypted in the machines as per the SOP and the final food tastes just the way signature recipes were designed.
